Sections of Longmont-to-Boulder (LoBo) Trail Closed Starting Sept. 29

The trail between Monarch Road and Highway 52 (Mineral Road) will be closed for resurfacing. Once completed, the trail will be closed along Highway 52. Please use the detour along N. 79th Street.

Boulder County, Colo. - On Monday, Sept. 29, crews will begin to resurface a section of the Longmont-to-Boulder (LoBo) Trail between Monarch Road and Highway 52 (Mineral Road). Heavy equipment will be used and the trail will be closed 24 hours a day. Users should use the detour along N. 79th Street.

Once work is completed, crews will move to another section of trail along Mineral Road. That section will also be closed 24 hours a day as heavy equipment will be used.

The entire project is expected to be completed by Nov. 26.
