Boulder County, Colo. - Crews have finished resurfacing sections of the Longmont-to-Boulder (LoBo) Trail between Monarch Road and Highway 52. Some minor work remains, but no further closures are needed. The trail is open and all detours have been lifted. The Monarch Park Trailhead has also been re-opened.
