Boulder County, Colo. - On August 27, 2020 at approximately 5:00 P.M. a lightning strike started a small fire in the 3400 block of Sunshine Canyon. Sunshine Fire Department, Four Mile Fire Department, Boulder County Sheriff's Office, and Boulder Emergency Squad quickly extinguished the fire that was estimated at 30 feet by 10 feet. There were no structures threatened and no injuries reported.
