Organizational Updates:
CPP Deputy Director: Danny Herrmann was introduced as the new Community Planning and Permitting Deputy Director - Transportation Planning.
Bike to Work Updates: Elaine and Melissa shared updates and outcomes from recent Bike to Work activities.
Boulder County Access-a-Ride Certification Center Secondary Location Update: Angel Bond and Gretchen Vidergar provided an update on a tour they took of the Southeast Boulder County Hub as a potential location for the partnership.
7/30 & 7/31 Multimodal Photoshoot Volunteers: Felipe Mosqueda Yanez is looking for volunteers for the multimodal photoshoot held on July 30 and 31. Complete the model interest form to volunteer.
8/5 DRMAC Member Meeting: Member Networking Event: Stephanie O'Neill shared information about the DRMAC member networking event scheduled for August 5.
8/1 RTD 35 Years of ADA Progress Event: Gisa McCray Simmons highlighted RTD’s upcoming event celebrating 35 years of ADA progress on August 1.
Presentations:
RTD Access-on-Demand Changes: Erin Vallejos presented updates on the proposed changes to RTD’s Access-on-Demand program, which go to the RTD Board for Approval on July 29.
Countywide Strategic Transit Planning Project: Jennifer Weiland, Nelson/Nygaard Project Manager, presented the goals and timeline for the 18-month Countywide Strategic Transit Planning Project.

Simple Steps. Better Air. Toolkit
Access the Simple Steps. Better Air. (SSBA) Toolkit which contains social media, logos, posters, and info to help spread the word on their campaign.
Simple Steps. Better Air. (SSBA) is a public awareness and outreach program created by the Regional Air Quality Council (RAQC) to educate residents in the greater Denver Metropolitan area about ground-level ozone pollution and actions to improve air quality. It serves a 9-county area from Douglas to Larimer County.
Amazing turnout for Bike to Work Day
Mobility for All went all in on Bike to Work Day this year, at 2 superstations at the Boulder Chamber and Longmont Civic Center, greeting over 400 riders who reshuffled their commutes. Amazing folks all over Colorado celebrate annually focusing on reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality and bringing some fun to the start of their day!

Neighborhood Speed Management Program
The Town of Erie has received an increased number of requests to study speeding in neighborhoods and make changes to street designs in 2023. That’s why the Town Engineering, Transportation Planning, Street Operations, St. Vrain & Boulder Valley School Districts, Rocky Mountain Fire, and the Police Department are jointly launching a process to create the Neighborhood Speed Management Program (NSMP) with Erie residents.

Agencies May Now Apply for 2026 Human Services Fund Pool Funding
Nonprofit human service agencies may apply for pool funding through the Boulder County Community Services Department.
Grants supports:
Increase economic stability, mobility, and resilience.
Increase the ability for people to obtain and maintain housing.

Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day Mini-Grants
Due to the overwhelming support from our incredible community, we’re thrilled to announce the Safe Routes Partnership will offer mini grants for the 2025 Ruby Bridges Walk to School Day on November 14!
Mini-grants of $500 and $1,000 will be available to support local celebrations
