Cyclist Identified in Motor Vehicle Incident in Unincorporated Boulder County

Boulder County, Colo. - The Office of the Boulder County Coroner has positively identified 75-year-old Thaddeus Fial as the cyclist who was involved in a motor vehicle incident in Unincorporated Boulder County on February 27, 2026.
