As we embark on the major update to the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan (BVCP) it’s important to understand the local context and trends of the Boulder Valley community, the environment and the region. This information will support community conversations and help policy-makers identify relevant issues for the update. This information also serves as a foundation for developing and refining future policies and metrics.
