Boulder County Planning Commission agenda for Nov. 16, 2022

Boulder County, Colo. - The next meeting of the Boulder County Planning Commission will be Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, beginning at 3 p.m. View the meeting agenda.

Boulder County Planning Commission meetings are now convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.

Register to Participate Virtually
Only those who intend to provide public comment virtually during the public hearing portion of the meeting need to register to attend via Zoom. Register to attend. Call 303-441-3930 or email for more information.

Nov. 16 Agenda Items Include:

  1. Public Hearing: Docket SU-22-0008: Alps Inn Special Use Modification
    Request: Special Use/Site Specific Development Plan review requesting to modify a previous SU/SSDP approval (SU-90-0004) for a Lodging use to convert the existing structure to a Group Care Home.
    Location: 38619 Boulder Canyon Road, parcel no. 146134000022, located approximately 0.3 miles west of the intersection of Boulder Canyon Drive and Fourmile Canyon Drive, Section 34, T1N, R71W.
    Zoning: Forestry (F)
