Boulder County Planning Commission agenda for July 20, 2022

Planning Commission public meeting will be held virtually starting at 4 p.m.


Boulder County, Colo. - The next meeting of the Boulder County Planning Commission will be Wednesday, July 20, 2022, beginning at 4 p.m. View the meeting agenda.

Due to High COVID-19 Community Level, Planning Commission meetings are being held virtually.

Agenda items include:

  1. Public Hearing – Docket DC-22-0003: Marshall Fire Recovery Accessory Dwelling Text Amendment
    Request: Land Use Code text amendments focused on the Marshall Fire area to consider the expansion of Accessory Dwellings as part of Fire recovery, specifically changes to Article 19 and Article 4 related to the Accessory Dwelling use and any other related Articles and provisions necessary to integrate these changes. Public testimony will be taken.
