Boulder County Planning Commission agenda for August 16, 2023

Boulder County, Colo. - The next meeting of the Boulder County Planning Commission will be Wednesday, August 16, 2023, beginning at 1:30 p.m. View the August 16 meeting agenda.

Boulder County Planning Commission meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder.

  1. Docket V-23-0001: Boulder County Public Works Easement Vacation
    Request: Request for Vacation of a 60-foot Access Easement through Outlot A of Block 3 of The Farm in Boulder Valley NUPUD.
    Location: 0 N 95th Street (Parcel #146516003004), Outlot A of Block 3 of the Farm in Boulder Valley NUPUD, located approximately .35 miles east of the intersection of Kestrel Lane and 95th street, Sections 9 and 16, Township 1N, Range 69W.
