Boulder County, Colo. - Boulder County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) would like to share more information about the emergency notification system used for alerting community members in Boulder County. To address the many questions received by the public and the media during the Marshall Fire, Boulder OEM put together an information fact sheet about emergency notifications.
