A non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, starting promptly at 11:00 a.m. Interested Parties are asked to meet at Wilkie Miller Agricultural Open Space property, located at the Southeast corner of 95th Street and Plateau Road in Longmont, Colorado. The main access to the property is on the South side of Plateau Road.

The Boulder County Parks & Open Space (BCPOS) Department, Agricultural Resources Division, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease approximately 54.5 acres of the Wilkie Miller Agricultural Open Space property.
