| Pre-bid Location: | The pre-proposal meeting on November 13, 2019 will include a visit of three project sites. To attend the pre-proposal meeting, rsvp at info@wildfirepartners.org by November 11, 2019. Contractors will receive detailed instructions of where and when to meet when they rsvp. Many of the projects are located behind locked gates. The timing and location of the site visits may change with limited notice. All interested parties will be visiting projects sites together as one group so an rsvp by November 11 is essential. |

Revised Budget Table for Zone 3 RFP Revised FEMA Addendum – 11.12.19 All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. November 20, 2019. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than November 25, 2019. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. Please be advised that on December 11, 2019, the Boulder County rejected all responses to RFP #7075-19, Wildfire Partners Zone 3 Forestry Contractors.
