Boulder County is seeking qualifications from videographers. The primary intention of this Solicitation of Qualifications is to gather information from videographers to build a list of contractors who have the experience and capacity to take on projects from across county departments and elected offices throughout the year. Departments and elected offices may have varying needs for short, or longer videos, or a list of desired photos, created over time to use on the website, marketing materials and on social medial.

The county is seeking videographers who have demonstrated experience:

• Producing video or photography for local governments
• Developing ADA accessible videos (compliant with WCAG 2.0)
• Proven ability to optimize for social media (optimizing and adapting visuals across social platforms)
• Producing videos in multiple languages
