The Boulder County Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience (OSCAR) is seeking a professional consultant with relevant experience and expertise to help food and beverage manufacturers transition to pollution reduced or circular packaging.
This project is being funded by the EPA Pollution Prevention Source Reduction Assistance grant program and Boulder County. For the first time, Boulder County is stepping into supporting design and manufacturing of closed loop products with intentions to accelerate the circular economy in our community.
For further details please find “Scope of Work,” included in a subsequent section of this document or refer to the attachment “EPA Completed Application_Source Reduction 2020” to see the application and project outline that was submitted to the EPA.
All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at email@example.com on or before 2:00 p.m. October 20, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than October 23, 2020.

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on November 4, 2020.
The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFP # 7177-20 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged.
