Purpose/Background

The Boulder County Office of Sustainability, Climate Action, and Resilience (OSCAR) is seeking a professional consultant with relevant experience and expertise to help food and beverage manufacturers transition to pollution reduced or circular packaging.

This project is being funded by the EPA Pollution Prevention Source Reduction Assistance grant program and Boulder County. For the first time, Boulder County is stepping into supporting design and manufacturing of closed loop products with intentions to accelerate the circular economy in our community.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. October 20, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than October 23, 2020.
