| Other Comments: | 1.Purpose/Background Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is soliciting proposals to provide title work (including title search, title insurance services, and closing services) for multiple development projects including but not limited to: the Willoughby Corner affordable housing development in Lafayette, CO; a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in Superior, CO; the Casa de la Esperanza rehab project in Longmont, CO; Eagle Place acquisition in Lafayette, CO; and other pipeline projects. One or more firms will be selected to engage in a not-to-exceed contract with BCHA and will be responsible for providing all title search and title insurance services from financial closing through project close-out as requested. 2.Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 29, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than October 3, 2022. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. 3.Submittal Instructions Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on October 7, 2022. Please note that email responses to this solicitation are limited to a maximum of 50MB capacity. NO ZIP FILES OR LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS INCLUDES GOOGLE DOCS AND SIMILAR SITES. ALL SUBMITTALS MUST BE RECEIVED AS AN ATTACHMENT (E.G. PDF, WORD, EXCEL). Electronic Submittals must be received in the email box listed below.
