| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background Boulder County Public Works, Building Services Division, is seeking proposals to provide Mechanical HVAC and Plumbing work for the Southeast County Hub building located at 1755 S. Public Road, Lafayette, CO 80026. Work is expected to begin second quarter of 2022. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the site on February 7, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will meet outside the main entrance of the SE County Hub Facility located at 1755 S. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. February 15, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than February 18, 2022. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. Submittal Instructions BIDs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 28, 2022. A bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. via email by sending a copy of the bid tab to all who have submitted a bid.
