Purpose/Background

Boulder County is requesting bids for rental equipment from qualified vendors for pricing on rental equipment for use in roadway maintenance repair and construction operations. Vendor should submit the full line cards with discounted rates. Vendor may pick up or drop off onsite. The rental equipment will be chosen at the time of need throughout the bid term.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. February 24, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than March 2, 2023.

Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

Submittal Instructions

BIDs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 6, 2023. A bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. via email by sending a copy of the bid tab to all who have submitted a bid. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
