The Boulder County Public Works Department, Road Maintenance Division is accepting bids from qualified vendors for pricing on rental equipment and trucks for use in roadway maintenance, repair and construction operations. Vendors should submit daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates for all types and sizes of equipment and trucks they can supply. Vendor’s standard published line card is acceptable as a bid document. Vendors should also submit information on available discounted rates or government pricing. Boulder County reserves the right to negotiate rental rates on individual pieces of equipment based on availability, time of year, hours of usage or other factors. Boulder County will reject rental equipment that is judged to be in poor condition or have limited operability.

Proposals must be submitted electronically on or before the Close Date at https://bouldercounty.bonfirehub.com/. Submissions will not be accepted by email, fax or hand-delivery; unless otherwise noted.
