| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background Boulder County manages approximately $500,000 to $1,500,000 annually in rebate funding for commercial and residential energy efficiency upgrades under the Partners for a Clean Environment and Energy Smart programs. Boulder County is seeking a rebate processing firm to review, process, and issue checks for approximately 100-300 participants annually. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. October 20, 2021. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than October 27, 2021. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
