| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek proposals from qualified property owners and developers interested in applying for up to twelve (12) Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) to be used in new construction of multi-family affordable housing rental projects in Boulder County that serve low-income households. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. February 7, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than February 10, 2020. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
