BACKGROUND:

Boulder County Parks and Open Space (BCPOS) is requesting qualifications from experienced firms providing engineering services in the following disciplines:

1. Structural Engineering;
2. Civil Engineering; and
3. Water Resources Engineering

The purpose of this request is to prepare a prequalified list of Professional Engineering Firms to perform engineering work of proposed and existing County properties and interests in properties on an as-needed, project-by-project basis.

Please submit your qualifications for the services listed below that your firm can provide directly and include a list of the services listed below that your firm is able to provide via a subconsultant. Specific subcontractors may be added for work after specific Scopes of Work are posted and will be approved on a project-by-project basis. Proposers are not required to have the ability to provide all the services listed below, either directly or by subconsultant. Subconsultant qualifications should not be included with your submittal. Cover letters should indicate which discipline(s) firms would like to be considered for.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:

A Pre-proposal meeting will NOT be held for this Solicitation.

WRITTEN INQUIRIES:

All inquiries regarding this SOQ will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. AUGUST 16, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than AUGUST 25, 2022.

Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on SEPTEMBER 13, 2022. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
