Purpose/Background

Boulder County Public Works is seeking a pavement management system to measure, track and forecast pavement conditions for most of the County’s 399 miles of paved roads and to develop a systematic way of prioritizing resurfacing projects in a cost-effective and time-effective manner. Work shall include:

  • On-the-ground inventory of the existing surface conditions, and
  • Delivered data that is structured for, and uploaded into our existing PAVER (a.k.a. MicroPAVER) software program

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. October 30, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than November 6, 2020.
