Opioid Process Facilitation and Evaluation

The Boulder County Community Services Department is interested in receiving bids from qualified individuals and firms for the provision of 1) Group Process Facilitation and Planning and 2) Evaluation Services related to the County’s Opioid Abatement effort. This work is designed to provide direction to the county on the development of a strategic plan that can guide investments over the longer term that will result in meaningful impacts on opioid issues and, separately, evaluation of this strategy. The goals of the work are to: 1) Provide support to a planning group known as the Boulder County Region Opioid Operations Board in their efforts to develop a comprehensive plan for the use of Opioid Settlement dollars, and 2) Develop and implement a long-term evaluation plan to measure the effectiveness of investments designed to impact opioid issue across the county. Applicants may bid on one or both of these components.
All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at email@example.com on or before 2:00 p.m. February 1, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than February 8, 2023.

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 27, 2023. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFP # 7417-23 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged.
