Purpose/Background

Boulder County Office of Racial Equity (ORE) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for the purpose of co-creating and establishing a Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) Leadership Academy for Boulder County employees. Consultants should be able to support, engage and co-create a pilot BIPOC Leadership Academy to address specific needs of BIPOC staff. Consultants should be familiar with and able to co-create programming that supports, goals and BIPOC staff recruitment for Leadership Academy and other projects as identified within consulting with ORE office.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.gov on or before 2:00 p.m. August 29, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than September 1, 2023.

Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 8, 2023.

Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
