Marathon Baler Operating System Upgrade

The recycling center has an aging baler that is used to package over 35% of our inbound material. This baler is over 20 years old, and the operating system is out of date and no longer supported by original equipment manufacturer (OEM). There are available upgrades that will allow for OEM to support the baler and provide more operating stability going forward.
This upgrade will involve the following:
The County operator, Eco Cycle will have a team on site for training and system acceptance.
All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 2:00 p.m. April 26, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than May 4, 2023.

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 31, 2023. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
