Boulder County is seeking qualifications from graphic designers. The primary intention of this Solicitation of Qualifications is to gather information from graphic designers to build a list of designers who have the experience and capacity to take a projects from across county departments and elected offices throughout the year. Projects may include finalizing reports and plans to be posted to the county website and linked in press releases, creating flyers, postcards, posters, ads and other campaign and marketing materials that highlight county programs, events and news.

The county is seeking graphic designers who have demonstrated experience:

• Creating design work for local governments
• Developing ADA accessible digital documents (compliant with WCAG 2.0)
• Utilizing plain language so it can easily be translated in any language
• Designing in multiple languages * Creating design work tailored for optimal engagement on digital and social media
• Creating design work for print and physical media delivery
