| Pre-bid Location: | Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting – will be held at site on January 23, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We will meet at the chiller located on the north side of the Exhibit Building. The building is located at 9595 Nelson Road, Longmont, 80501, however the easiest access is to enter the Fairgrounds from Boston Ave and park in the dirt lot just north of the Exhibit Building. Bids from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted. Call Ron Diederichsen at 303-994-6493 if there are any issues with getting to the meeting location. |
| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background The objective of the project is to replace an existing air-cooled chiller, installed in 2005, that provides chilled water to the Boulder County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building prior to May 1, 2020. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. January 28, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than January 30, 2020. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
