Environmental Decontamination and Remediation for Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) Properties

Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is seeking qualified vendors to provide environmental decontamination and remediation for methamphetamines, mold, asbestos and lead-based paint at BCHA rental properties throughout Boulder County. Contractors must specify what type of services they are qualified for and experienced with providing. Contractors do not need to be able to provide all the services listed. The purpose of this solicitation is to award contracts to one or more contractors who can offer the required services. The awarded contractors will be required to enter into a continuing services contract for two years not to exceed $150,000, with the option to renew for one additional two-year term and one one-year term, for a total of five years. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis. Pre-qualified contractors will have the opportunity to provide quotes as work arises. Therefore, there is no guarantee that any work will be directed to an awarded contractor.
