Purpose/Background

The Boulder County Public Works Department, Road Maintenance Division, is accepting bids from qualified vendors for emulsified asphalt for use in roadway chip sealing and asphalt patching projects.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. April 6, 2021. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than April 8, 2021.

Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.

Submittal Instructions

BIDs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 13, 2021. A bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. via email by sending a copy of the bid tab to all who have submitted a bid.

The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding BID # 7212-21 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged.
