Purpose/Background

Specifications and a sample contract with a FEMA specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all FEMA requirements set forth in that addendum.

Boulder County seeks a temporary staffing agency with diverse pools of candidates, to provide temporary staffing services during our disaster recovery efforts, including but not limited to ongoing COVID-19 and the Marshall Fire and Windstorm. Temporary hires for recovery efforts may be needed throughout county departments and offices. We anticipate the need for many specific positions over the next several years, the full list of our anticipated needs can be found under specifications. This staffing agency will work with department leads to hire for the specific needs of their respective departments. The selected firm will be expected to provide multiple candidates for each requested position and coordinate/set-up the interview process.

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. March 3, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than March 7, 2022.
