Purpose/Background

Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, is seeking to award Continuing Services Contracts (CSC) for an annual not to exceed price to three (3) contractors per trade/scope of work based on each contractor’s submission of qualifications.

The CSC allows BCBS to operate through informal request for quotes on specific scopes of work in lieu of the formal bid process. After review/approval of written quotes received the contractor is released on the specified scope via Notice to Proceed (NTP) letters, typically requiring no additional contracts in the process.

No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.

Specifications and a sample contract are attached.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this SOQ will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. March 22, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than March 29, 2022.
