Purpose/Background:

The Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting Department is seeking proposals from consultants experienced in strategic planning that includes racial equity. The selected consultant will design and facilitate a participatory planning process and develop a vision, mission, and values for the department. Depending on budget constraints, the consultant may also develop goals, objectives, strategies, and metrics as part of a full strategic plan that will guide the department for the next 5 years. The consultant will report to Strategic Plan Committee, comprised of the Department Director and select staff

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. March 15, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than March 22, 2022.
