Purpose/Background

Boulder County Building Services, a Division of Public Works, is seeking submissions from qualified licensed Colorado Real Estate Brokers (“Brokers”) to market and list various Boulder County properties to find potential buyers and/or acquire new properties through purchase or lease. Boulder County may select one or more Brokers under this RFQ.

Awarded firms will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one-year terms. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.

Specifications and a sample contract are attached.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFQ will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. April 13, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than April 15, 2020.

Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 22, 2020.

The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFQ # 7138-20 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged.
