A non-mandatory meeting is scheduled for March 27, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Clark (John) Agricultural Open Space property located at 9511 Vermillion Road, Longmont, CO 80504. The purpose of the pre-proposal site visit is to provide an opportunity for potential bidders to see the property prior to developing their proposals. Staff will not be able to answer any questions during the pre-proposal site visit but will note them for response with the addendum.

The Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department (BCPOS), Agricultural Resource Management Division, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease the Clark (John) Agricultural Open Space property. The Clark (John) property is approximately 96 acres with 74 crop acres and 18 acres of rangeland. The land has moderate weed pressure and some elk activity. Crops historically grown on the property include corn, alfalfa, and other commodity crops in rotation. Organic farming has previously occurred on the property.
