Building Energy Assessments

Purpose/Background – The City of Boulder is requiring owners of buildings greater than 50,000SF to perform an ASHRAE Level II Energy Assessment for these building and submit report to the City of Boulder by June 1, 2019. This RFP is to obtain proposals and qualifications from the City of Boulders Qualified Service Provider list. The following Boulder County owned Buildings are on the “2019 Affected Building List”:
All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at email@example.com on or before 2:00 p.m. February 14, 2019. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than February 19, 2019.
Submittals are due at the Administrative Services Information Desk or email box (preferred) listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 22, 2019.
