The Boulder Fire Protection District (BMFPD) now invites bids for the construction of a new Fire Barn.

- Electronic files; Documents shall be made available in PDF format via email. Submit requests to: info@fanas.us.
- Hard-copies; Hard-copies may be obtained for a deposit of $100.00, per set. Deposits will be returned in full if the bidding documents are returned complete and in usable conditions within 7 calendar days after bid due date. Make checks payable to Fanas Architecture. Requests for hard-copies must be submitted 24 hours in advance to info@fanas.us.

- Bids Due on or before: 5:00 PM, Monday, December 2, 2019.
- A bid security is required in the amount of 5% of the maximum value of the bid(s) submitted, including additive alternates. The Bid Security shall be made payable to the Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District, and shall accompany the Bid.
- Bids will be publicly opened: 6:00 PM, Monday, December 2, 2019.
- Questions: During the bidding period, submit questions to the person named below. Questions will be answered in writing and copies distributed to bidders of record.
