| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background Deliver a complete and operable Emergency/Standby electric generating system, including all devices and equipment specified herein, as shown on the drawings, or required for the service. Equipment shall be new, factory tested, and delivered ready for installation. Vendor will perform an on-site acceptance test after installation by Boulder County. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Boulder County South East County Hub, 1755 South Public Road Lafayette, CO 80026 at 9:00 a.m. on June 1, 2022. Bids from firms not represented and signed in at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. June 3, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than June 8, 2022. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. Submittal Instructions BIDs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 14, 2022. A bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. via email by sending a copy of the bid tab to all who have submitted a bid. Please note that email responses to this solicitation are limited to a maximum of 50MB capacity. NO ZIP FILES OR LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS INCLUDES GOOGLE DOCS AND SIMILAR SITES. ALL SUBMITTALS MUST BE RECEIVED AS AN ATTACHMENT (E.G. PDF, WORD, EXCEL). The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding BID # 7349-22 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies.
