1. Purpose/Background

One-time Small Business Grants Program Administration (Marshall Fire recovery and jobs retention) – This request seeks a qualified community development financial institution to intake, process, review, award and otherwise administer one-time grants for eligible small businesses located in Boulder County areas negatively impacted by the Marshall Fire of December 31, 2021 (Total grant pool roughly $850,000).

Specifications and a sample contract with a CDBG-DR specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all CDBG_DR requirements set forth in that addendum.

3.Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. January 17, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than January 19, 2023.
