One-time Small Business Grants Program Administration (Marshall Fire recovery and jobs retention) – This request seeks a qualified community development financial institution to intake, process, review, award and otherwise administer one-time grants for eligible small businesses located in Boulder County areas negatively impacted by the Marshall Fire of December 31, 2021 (Total grant pool roughly $850,000). Specifications and a sample contract with a CDBG-DR specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all CDBG_DR requirements set forth in that addendum. 2.Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. January 17, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than January 19, 2023. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. 4.Submittal Instructions
Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on January 27, 2023. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held. Please note that email responses to this solicitation are limited to a maximum of 50MB capacity. Email purchasing@bouldercounty.org; identified as RFP # 7403-22 in the subject line.
The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFP # 7403-22 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies. All other conditions and any previous addendums shall remain unchanged.
