Boulder County, the City of Lafayette and the Town of Superior (collectively “the Partners”) desire to reduce the incidence of traffic violence in our communities. As part of its 2020 Transportation Master Plan, Boulder County adopted a target of zero serious injury and fatal traffic crashes in unincorporated Boulder County by 2035. As part of its 2014 Transportation Plan Update, Town of Superior has established a goal to provide a safe multimodal transportation system. Providing a safe multimodal transportation system is enshrined in the City of Lafayette’s Comprehensive Plan, and the City is currently developing a Multimodal Transportation Plan.
