Purpose/Background

Boulder County Building Services is seeking proposals to provide labor, material and equipment to furnish and install all Tiling and Carpet work for the Justice Center Addition located at 1777 6th Street in Boulder. The building addition shell is currently under construction. This work is for the interior tenant finish portion of the project only.

Summary of Work:

Provide a price for one and/or each item as listed below:

Floor and wall ceramic/porcelain tiling and appurtenant work, complete and in place, in accordance with the drawings and specifications.

Carpet tile, walk off mats and accessories and appurtenant work, complete and in place, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Bid should include carpet tile in elevator.

Rubber base, complete and in place, as shown on the drawings and schedules.

All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2019. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than Thursday, June 6, 2019.
