Purpose/Background

The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) invites Independent Certified Public Accounting Firms, or Fee Accounting Firms with CPAs on Staff, who are licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, to submit proposals for from one to two fee for service CPAs for the provision of accounting services. We are soliciting pricing for fee for service CPAs at the experienced staff level, at the senior staff level, and at the managerial level.

The awarded firm will be expected to enter into a six-month contract with two additional 6-month renewals possible through July, 2023. It is possible that multiple vendors will be awarded.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. December 22, 2021. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than December 29, 2021.
