Other Comments:

The Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) is seeking bids for clearing trail side vegetation encroaching into the trail corridor on the 2.5-mile Boulder Canyon Trail (BCT). Trail user safety is a priority for BCPOS and these services are required to protect the high volume of visitors that frequent the trail system daily. Clearing the edge of the trail corridor will protect trail users from the hazards overgrown vegetation creates. The full Scope of Services is outlined in the Specifications section below. The successful vendor will clear trail side vegetation along the BCT a minimum one (1) time per year, but not to exceed a maximum two (2) times per calendar year. The frequency will be determined by the BCPOS department based on the timeframes and guidelines outlined below. The property is located at 40000 Boulder Canyon Drive, Boulder, CO, 80302.
