| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) is requesting proposals for a qualified firm to conduct an “as is” Capital Need Assessment (CNA) on three Rural Development (RD) properties owned by BCHA to be submitted to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. November 14, 2019. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than November 18, 2019. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
