| Other Comments: | Purpose/Background GOAL #1: To select an ambulance provider for Boulder County by July 2022 based on the service area defined within this document. Goal #2: Implement an easy process to understand and create flexible requirements to attract multiple ambulance service providers for the Request for Proposal process. GOAL #3: To reduce complexity in the Boulder County emergency medical system. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. April 1, 2022. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than April 8, 2022. Please do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation. Submittal Instructions Submittals are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 6, 2022. Please note that email responses to this solicitation are limited to a maximum of 50MB capacity. NO ZIP FILES OR LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS INCLUDES GOOGLE DOCS AND SIMILAR SITES. ALL SUBMITTALS MUST BE RECEIVED AS AN ATTACHMENT (E.G. PDF, WORD, EXCEL). The attached addendum supersedes the original Information and Specifications regarding RFP # 7321-22 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies.
