Boulder County Building Services (“BCBS” and/or “Owner”), a Division of the Public Works Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to install concrete site paving and drainage systems at the Allenspark Transfer Station located at 14857 State Highway 7, Allenspark, CO. Expansion of existing Transfer station which includes construction of a concrete pad for recycling containers, concrete parking pad, construction of a new office foundation and concrete flat work for office and vault restroom (precast foundation at vault toilet). This work is targeted for late second quarter or early third quarter of 2024.
