Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at 1333 Iris Ave., Boulder, CO 80302. Bids from firms not represented at the mandatory, pre-bid meeting, and site visit will not be accepted. Written Inquiries All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. February 11, 2020. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than February 14, 2020.
