24-Hour Cases & Outbreaks
Report all confirmed and suspected 24-hour reportable conditions and/or outbreaks
- During normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5pm, call Boulder County Public Health: 303-413-7523
- After hours, call 303-413-7517 for 24/7 on-call communicable disease assistance
All Routine Cases
Report all reportable conditions.
Colorado Electronic Disease Reporting System (CEDRS)
Infection Preventionists and laboratory workers are encouraged to use CEDRS for case reporting.
