Viral concentrations in wastewater are collected and analyzed from waste treatment plants in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie.

They are compiled and analyzed by Boulder County Public Health. They are sourced from hospitalization and death investigations conducted with those who contracted COVID-19 in the county combined with reports from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, local hospitals, and the Boulder County Coroner.
