Exemption Plat request to shift the platted building envelope boundaries to incorporate an outdoor kitchen structure that was constructed outside of the envelope. The proposal is submitted by Daniel and Dessa Willie (applicants/owners) and is in the Agricultural (A) zoning district at 9092 Fieldcrest Lane, at the southeastern corner of the northernmost intersection of Fieldcrest Lane and Prairie Knoll Drive, in Section 20, Township 3N, Range 69W.
