Community Planning & Permitting (CP&P) Virtual Public Meeting: Proposed Land Use Code Updates – Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

This Virtual Public Meeting is being held to discuss the project Community Planning & Permitting staff are undertaking to update the Land Use Code’s Boarding House and Group Care or Foster Home use classifications. Staff will present information on the project, including the purpose of the project, existing Land Use Code (Code) text, the general Code update process, and the next steps for this update in particular. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide initial feedback at the meeting. Additional information can be found on the docket website at boco.org/DC-24-0004.
